Resource Centre for the Arts Theatre Company is opening its 2012-2013 season Thursday evening with a play about Michael Jackson, Chris de Burgh and gummy bears.
Kevin Woolridge’s “Saner and Buzzy,” starring Neil Butler, Rory Lambert and Ross Moore, will run at the Hall’s Cox and Palmer Second Space until Saturday, with a 2 p.m. matinee on the final day.
The play features two strangers, Saner and Buzzy, and the consequences of waiting too long for something that might never happen.
The cast and crew of “Saner and Buzzy” will host a lunchtime event at 1p.m. today, answering questions about the process of bringing a new work to life in an alternative space, and providing details on RCA’s Significant Other Series. Coffee and tea will be provided.
Tickets for the evening productions of the play are $20, and $10 for the matinee performance, and are available at the LSPU Hall box office, by calling 753-4531, and online at www.rca.nf.ca.
