I also heard that Community Youth Network are being cut as well. In fact, I've been hearing rumours that Humber Community YMCA's "Community Youth Network" Youth Centre had their funding cut completely, meaning that this facility will close their doors for good soon. This will mean at risk youth will not have a place to socialize or play, meaning an increase in violent youth crime in the Corner Brook Area. In addition, I'm also hearing rumours that the Newfoundland and Labrador Government has even cut funding to Humber Community YMCA's employment services programs. As a result, the Newfoundland and Labrador Government are declaring war on youth and non-profit organizations like Humber Community YMCA.

Great societies promote knowledge and culture. It's telling that in NL now Massage Parlours and Drug Dens are booming, while libraries, museums and tourism budgets are shrinking
