Walking for charity

It has been a busy summer so far for the tri-town Knights of Columbus.In June the Port Saunders Roman Catholic church received a lick of paint while a walk-a-thon on July 21 netted more than $1200, split between Daffodil Place and the Children's Wish Foundation.During the Port au Choix Come Home Year celebrations the group held a fundraiser breakfast at the Lions Club where they served baked beans in homemade and a charity card game of Auction.
