Looking for something fun to do while in Munich this spring, summer or fall?  Look no further than BMW for a unique tour of Germany's tourist mecca.

What makes BMW's tour unique?  You'll be riding aboard a rare classic car from the automaker's personal collection, which includes 326 and 335 Cabriolets from the '30s, a 1950s-era 502 "Baroque Angel" Cabriolet, plus a special one of a kind 3200 CS Cabriolet.

The tours, which started at the beginning of this month and cost 90 Euros ($123 CAD at the time of writing) per person, start and finish at the BMW Museum, and stop at a number of historical sites around Munich, of course, plus the BMW Tower, BMW Welt, as well as a BMW 3 Series production facility.  You'll be visiting a BMW dealer too, of course, but one of the brand's flagship dealers that is bound to be a special experience.  Lastly, you receive a gift box complete with a personalized certificate of participation, an entry ticket to the BMW Museum and a museum guide.

For classic car buffs venturing to Munich this year, BMW's tour is an opportunity that shouldn't be passed up.  If interested you can visit the BMW Museum information counter, although it's probably best to phone +49 (0)1802 / 118822 for a reservation before showing up as The BMW City Tour, as it's called, only take place on the first and third Sunday of each month from April to October, at 11.00 hrs and 15.00 hrs. Those merely curious can visit for more info.
