If I am up to it I will go twice around the lake to see how my endurance holds up. Several people have invited me to run with them but they are all much more advanced than I am and I will just slow them down. Give me a couple of weeks and I will see if my pace has improved. I am usually a solitary runner anyway and I take the time to listen to Technology podcasts as I run. The good thing about the iPhone is that it lets you track your run and listen to music or podcasts at the same time.
I have to admit I got this GPS tracking idea from http://twitter.com/cherylkinden when she tweeted on my personal Twiiter page the following: Just finished a run, check out my stats:http://roadrunnergps.com/gps/shared/rsWD this is a Blackberry app that is not available on the iPhone so I found runkeeper which is available for the iPhone. Not sure if Cheryl is running the Tely 10 but lets keep an eye on her Twitter page to see what she is up to with this app. Cheryl if you read this blog comment below and let everyone know if you are running the Tely Ten and want to be followed.
