Good to hear you are running the Tely 10 I notice your running at a much faster pace than I am. Is this your first Tely 10 or are you a veteran? I am following Cheryl on Twitter and I will update readers as to her progress. In addition Cheryl I welcome your updates through the comment feature on this blog. Let us know how it is going.

Definitely not a veteran. I ran it one time before in 2008 and finished in 1:58:13 (met my 2h goal :) I`m not there yet this year...my tracking is in km, makes it look better haha! I joined the Running Room Tely 10 Clinic...we`re doing 8 hills tomorrow!
