[Professional Blog] TV, radio come calling

Media talk to Meeker about media

Published on November 30, -1

On March 30, I appeared as a guest on Out of the Fog, on the Rogers Community Channel. I was invited on the show by host Krissy Holmes, who wanted to talk about the state of print media in St. John's. We barely scraped the surface in the brief time that we were on the air, though viewers more objective than myself thought I did okay (thanks Mom). I hate watching myself on television as much as I hate hearing myself on the radio.

Speaking of radio, I am going to be a guest this coming Thursday (July 5) on CBC Radio Crosstalk. The subject is Crosstalk on Media, with host Chris O'Neill-Yates, and guests Craig Westcott and yours truly. The show begins at about 1:35 pm. With the outspoken Westcott sitting next to me, it promises to be interesting.

I present below the full eight minutes of my interview on Out of the Fog, from March 30.
