[Professional Blog] Vacation downtime

Will return to active posting August 20

I am taking a much-anticipated vacation, from August 3 to 19 and will be back in the saddle on August 20. Over the last few days, I have been entirely consumed with meeting client deadlines and delivering work before things wind down on Friday. I had hoped to post a few blog items in and around all that but, alas, it was not to be - work just didn't permit it.

However, I write this blog for fun - it definitely isn't work - so I may post a few tidbits from beside the pool, with drink in hand. I hope you are all enjoying your summer and I shall see you when I return!

Dear Geoff

Time away is so key to re-creating the inner self. I am using part of my holiday as time to discover.
I learned only recently that my birth name was Joseph Ayers, August 7, 1963, Toronto. My birth mother is from Newfoundland. I am looking to discover some of my Newfoundland Heritage. Your blog and this media resource seems to be a great beginning.
