[Professional Blog] A Reminder

Media folks should enter Halloween photo contest

A reminder to all journalists, editors, hosts and other media types across the province, to enter the Meeker on Media Halloween Costume Contest.

Just email a photo of you in your Halloween get-up to geoff_meeker(at)yahoo(dot)ca. All images deemed non-offensive shall be posted here and the winner - selected undemocratically by yours truly - will receive one free Jellybean Row piece in the large size.

From browsing facebook pages, I already know that many media people go all-out on Halloween. So let's see those costumes. (If you have remarkable photos from previous years, I will consider posting those as well.)

As a special incentive, if entries are received from five or more media people, I will post a photo, taken in 1980, of myself clad in a rather outrageous costume. Heck, if I can do it, so can you!

So how can you resist? Get those entries in by Sunday evening, to make the post on Monday.
