Now that the provincial government and nurses have reached a tentative agreement, life is returning to normal for me.
Ive been working for the last month or so, providing communication support to the Nurses Union, so this has occupied my time and attention.
My policy is to not write about issues and clients with which I am directly involved, so I stayed quiet on what was arguably the biggest story in the province for several weeks. Every day, I saw media coverage that impressed or exasperated me, but was unable to write about it.
That, combined with a nasty flu, has slowed down blogging activity lately. For this, I do apologize. My stats show that, every day, at least 300 people stop by here to see whats up. Lately, postings have been scarce.
Yet, you keep coming back. And for that, I am grateful. Right now, I am delving into my ideas file, placing calls, arranging interviews and lining up content for future posts. I am also open to suggestions, if you have a media-related story youd like to see covered.
