OK folks, as I promised on Twitter yesterday, here's the raw audio from Thursday night's Liberal leadership debate in Gander.
I've posted the two files to Google Drive. Just click the links below to download them. My apologies in advance for two things. First, I know this isn't streaming like last time, but Drive was a quick and dirty way of getting the files online remotely. If anybody has suggestions for cheap, easy solutions for hosting big audio files, let me know. In the meantime, this will have to do.
Second, the sound quality may not be perfect throughout. I wasn't plugged into the sound system, because that would've meant hanging out right at the back of the auditorium. My recorder was sitting atop a pile of TV cables on the stage, aimed at a big speaker that was about a metre away, so hopefully the audio is good enough to at least hear what was going on. (I haven't had the time to listen back through the whole thing yet, so I can't vouch for the audio quality throughout.)
That's about it for now, I guess. I may be doing some more blogging on the Liberal leadership later, but for right now, I'll leave it to you to listen to the tapes and draw your own conclusions.
Here's Part 1 of the debate:
