Girl faces assault with a weapon charge

A 15-year-old female was arrested overnight in Corner Brook for an alleged assault with a weapon in relation to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Carriage Lane.
The girl was detained at RCMP cells in Deer Lake to await an appearance in youth court today.
