Update: Patten wins Pouch Cove by 21 votes

Incumbent mayor Sarah Patten has squeaked out a victory in Pouch Cove, winning by 21 votes.
Patten took 308 votes to challenger Jeff Mulley's 287 and 128 for Tom St. John.
Councillors elected were Walter Butt, Kevin Connors, Alex Dugal, Anna Murrin, Clive Matthews and Roxanna Furlong-McGrath.
