Risk management specialist appears before helicopter safety inquiry

The inquiry into offshore helicopter safety resumed today in St. John's with a presentation from a risk management specialist from Australia.
Kimberley Turner, CEO of Aerosafe Risk Management, is explaining how risk management can be applied to a variety of industries including offshore helicopter transportation, financial sectors and health care.
Turner is scheduled to testify until Wednesday.
The inquiry's mandate is to find ways to improve helicopter transportation for offshore workers.

    So the CNLOPB has a risk management specialist brought in from Australia? Right now as I write this there ia a rig offshore in Australia on fire and has been gushing hundreds of barrels of oil in the sea for 10 weeks. Maybe she should go home.
