Wonderful, they called tenders for clearing, had it cleared and now it is a filling in again, maybe they will call clearing tenders again...and who's stupid idea was it to have it come out at the BOTTOM of a hill instead of the top. Obviously the "brains" have never been stuck behind vehicles trying to go up the hill without snow tires.

Yeah thats great but what CBS needs more than anything is common sense. Scott's Road south should have been connected straight through to legion road, middle byte road, tilleys road south and the fox trap access road long ago. It should have also went down as far as hopewell gardens, daniels road, and down passed CONA.

THERE IS ONLY ONE ROAD IN CBS!

Then theres' the track, What was a great place to take the quad for a spin is now a dead end from seal cove to fox trap. Theres no reason why that shouldn't also be a bypass road. Build some sidewalks too while your at it.

    Nah... makes too much sense.

Great. All we need now is water and sewer in the west end of Seal Cove to take us out of third world status.

While they are at , they should twin the road from Manuals bypass to the Legion Road and make a modern up to date road for expansion of the CBS/Holyrood areas.

A more enjoyable driving experience ? Ha...the last time I drove on that highway I was passed by highspeed pickup trucks and skidoos.
I'm not sure we need to spend all this money on getting the folks of Seal Cove to the box stores in St. John's any quicker. No offence!

Goulie..That would make too much sense. FYI the CBS by-pass was supposed to be twinned from the start but political hanky-panky came into play and we have the near death trap we're saddled with right now.
There've been more photo ops of polititians posing for this latest section of road it's laughable. It goes back to when Senator Manning was the MP. That should tell you we're not finished with the politics of this yet. It's only a matter of time 'till we see a picture of MP Scott as he likes to be called, to show up in front of a bulldozer.
