Staff changes in premiers office

Premier Danny Williams announced Brian Taylor has been appointed deputy chief of staff.
His appointment is effective immediately.
Taylor replaces Stephen Dinn, who has accepted a new position with the private sector.
"Mr. Taylor has worked in our office for several years and brings considerable experience to this new position," said Williams in a statement.
"I also want to thank Mr. Dinn for his outstanding work over the past six years and wish him all the best as he moves into the private sector."
