I work in brazil, and wow, they have a loooong way to go. 4 yrs she says, lucky to do it in 14 yrs. Its a 3rd world country. And will be for a long time. the place is a s*#t hole. really. Its nothing like you see on tv, like copacabana! Its nice but dont walk a block inland. You might not make it out. WOW 4yrs.

I think one of the main reasons Brazil has so many people in need is stated in the very first sentence...10 children?!? There obviously needs to be a lot more done in the way of education and family planning. Who would want to bring 10 kids into such conditions just to have them supported by the government?

seriously Don?!?!?! yeah the Brazilians have it WAAAAYYYY better than we do. how about we match the brazilian generosity and reduce unemployment insurance to $127 a month max, and drop minimum wage to $93/160 (160 hours work in a month), then put in a class system where only the top 10% of the population gets more than that. Oh but let's call the people making min wage middle class... that's a great system.

Thank God , A Country thats cares about their people! Brazil! hats off to ya! Lets go Harper, let smatch their generousity! first get rid of the senate! go in and wake up these old fogies, Oh wait you got to fine them first, because they are not at work!
