I think a couple of yachts would be more dangerous. The waters on the Grand Banks is shallow....it can get exceptionally rough at times. There are days it would scare you looking at the supply boats out there, not alone a yacht. and those boat are built for rough water.

I agree with Williams' sentiments, and go one step further i.e. that the oil-magnets purchase a couple of 'yacht - like' vessels to transport these workers going to and from these rigs...why all the flight risks. so, it will take a bit longer (maybe not, I don't know. I'd lie to hear a few remaks from the rig-workers on the topic. If the copters run into trouble...they just faill from the sky...as we know! A ferry service (so to speak) will give the workers a greater sense of security. I'd like to hear some feedback from some rig-workers on the ferry vs. copter question!
