Ms. Matchim couldn't be more correct when she says that you only have to listen to the radio for examples of rudeness. Sounds like she may have been listening to our Open Line shows lately. Has she heard Paddy Daly utter the words ' hard -on ' and ' piss ' ?. Did she hear Randy Simms use the words ' arsehole ', ' bullshit ', 'Jesus ' and 'God dammit' ?. Locker room language is heard not only in stores and sports venues; people can hear it daily from these two on their Open Line shows.

“Many of us talk about the state of customer service these days, where we really feel there’s a lack of character." Have you ever worked in customer service? No, it's not ok to be rude, but sometimes certain people deserve it.

If you have a loud mouth yelling at kids, be it a coach or not, then you Mr. and Mrs Parent need to have an adult conversation with the offensive adult and the decision maker who hired him. Why do people allow these behaviours to happen without addressing the person at fault? A person will only do to you what you ALLOW them to do.

Was it necessary for the Telegram to completely twist the purpose of this initiative to continue its engagement in petty politics. Talk about poll padding!!Yes, we all know that Keith Russell is an ass. However, that's not what the initiative is about.
