Any guesses on how long it will be until all of these folks are on strike?

Is ROBB another one of those thick fingered texters from Confederation Building? Robb my son, wait 'till the wildcat strikes start when some wayward worker is sanctioned for misconduct. Marystown is the most greedy town in the province and the union will do the same number on Hebron as they did with FPI. We know where that got 'em. Last I heard they were still arguing over who's responsible for the significant overruns on a ferry completed last year, Kiewit or the PC government. Mayor Sinyard looks almost as cute as Clyde Jackman in the white hat and goggles.

We have an opportunity to come home and help build the future. It's a great day for the Burin Peninsula.

Well.....where are the comments from the naysaying ndp and liberals....I can't believe they have yet to come up with something to stain this wonderful moment for Marystown........I mean the ndp and liberals really don't care who they hurt with their low-balling, under-educated, four-flushing comments. And again, I have to post here on The Telegram site, as VOCM will not post any comments that support the govt in any way, shape or form.........so they really only want to show the few who dig at the gov't in every way possible, but want to keep any pro-gov't comment away from their site....again, they are as low-balling as the ndp and liberals are.

I am not a fan of any of the 3 parties but I find it interesting that while you profess to be so offended by the mudslinging of the Libs and NDP, you aren't at all shy about doing exactly the same thing yourself. Three hundred fifty jobs for 2 years? That's fine, but how about some long term jobs in renewable energy in preparation for when the oil is gone? Oh, I forgot-- our supposedly free enterprise-loving government won't allow that because they've given Nalcor a monopoly over the sale of power in this province and have neutered the PUB to give their cronies an even freer hand in jacking up our electricity rates. So much for competition and innovation! What a joke!

What about all the Hebron work the PC's have givin away outside of the province?
