I buy buffalo meat at the local HEB Supermarket here in Houston Tx. and it's the most delicious meat you'll ever eat.A little expensive, but great taste if you cook it right!!"MMMM, what bread, it's delicious ,it's Mammies"!!!PS does anyone on here remember that little ditty from Mammies Bread in the 50s and 60s?

The trucker can have tons of experience with "high stress" animal moves all across the face of the Earth, but getting those bison across on Marine Atlantic alive will be as risky and unlikely as getting a human to Mars.

Great article Ashley. Thanks for taking the time to speak to me. Just wanted to clarify one thing. These girls aren't wood, as originally intended. Only the bull is a wood bison and the heifers are the smaller plains bison. My future arrivals will be pure wood.
