Government to release details of a new recall power arrangement on the Upper Churchill

A news conference has been scheduled for noon hour in the media centre at Confederation Building in St. John's. Premier Danny Williams, Natural Resources Minister Kathy Dunderdale and Nalcor CEO Ed Martin are expected to announce details of a new recall power arrangement on the Upper Churchill.

    Is the prelude to Quebec getting an inroad to the Lower Churchill ? Giv e a little now on the Upper ; take a lot later on the Lower ?

    Precedent baby precedent.

    Now we should be able to access that 1000mw of available transmission on those lines to access markets.

    Can you say height of lands wind project or 1000mw from the Lower Churchill.

    Funny how an American company makes the cdn constitution be honored by QU.
