Man arrested for breaking into variety store

RCMP in Grand Falls-Windsor arrested a man inside T&M Variety store in the central Newfoundland town about 3:11 a.m. today.
William Tubrett from Grand Falls-Windsor was charged with break and enter, theft and mischief.
Police officers responded to an alarm at the store and observed a person inside who refused to exit the building for officers.
Police officers and a RCMP police dog entered the store and located the man and arrested him.
