A little story on liquor store hours of operation and 'whatever' considers this an ample opportunity to crap on those less fortunate. Been there, got the food bank bags (in the past) and was glad to have help when I needed it. Drinking their dinners is not normally an option, but I guess when you quote definite figures (85%!) you've done your homework.

If they stop selling alcohol, the government will have to get the tax revenue from elswhere with large tax increases.Would you prefer higher taxes to make up the difference?

Are you kidding? hahahahaha yea lets just take all the beer out of the stores too, then there will be dozens hundreds less jobs in NL too that will be great. after we close the liquor stores for good lets clothes all the drug stores because people are abusing over the counter and prescription drugs also. Then after that we can close super markets because people are eating unhealthy. Then we can close all the casinos in the world because people have gambling problems. You should try using your brain before you type.

As whatever said, it's pretty clear that the liquor store is only for people who lazily suck hard-working-people dry, and that increased holiday hours definitely aren't useful for people that have to balance holiday preparation with extremely busy schedules. Come on.
