Sears opens new dealer stores in four towns

Sears Canada today opened new dealer stores in three Newfoundland and Labrador communities — Labrador City, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Lewisporte and Stephenville.

The company notes that while dealer stores are locally owned and operated, all merchandise sold is bound by the Sears guarantee and backed by the parts and service division.

In Labrador City, the store is located at Gallery 201 Humber Avenue; in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, the store is located at 334 Hamilton River Rd.; in Lewisporte, the store is located at 1 Fairview St.and in Stephenville the store is located at 108 Carolina Ave. Unit 106.

According to a news release, Sears Canada is a multi-channel retailer with a network of 197 corporate stores, 241 dealer stores, 31 home improvement showrooms, over 1,800 catalogue merchandise pick-up locations, 108 Sears Travel offices and a nationwide home maintenance, repair, and installation network.
