Ultralight plane crashes in south-central Nova Scotia; pilot's condition unknown

NEW GERMANY, N.S. - RCMP say an ultralight plane has crashed in central southern Nova Scotia.

The Mounties say the lightweight aircraft went down around 10 o'clock Sunday morning near the Old Barss Corner Road by New Germany.

The condition of the sole pilot is unknown.

Police say RCMP, firefighters and emergency health crews are on the scene.
