SASKATOON - Car thieves who don't let plate-glass windows get in their way are being sought after a series of auto dealership thefts in Saskatchewan that may be linked.

Police in Saskatoon say three cars were stolen from a dealer in the city sometime after closing Tuesday and early Wednesday morning.

Investigators say the criminals removed a pane of window glass to get inside the business and steal the keys to the autos.

The theft was not discovered until employees arrived for work and realized the vehicles were missing.

Another Saskatoon dealership was hit by a similar theft earlier in the month, as were businesses in the towns of Wilkie and Rosetown.

Alyson Edwards, a Saskatoon police spokeswoman, says they're working with the RCMP to determine whether the thefts are connected. (CKOM)
