RCMP seize drugs, packaging supplies from Prince Edward Island home, lay charges

PETERS ROAD, P.E.I. - A man is facing drug charges after police searched a Prince Edward Island home.

On Friday, Kings District RCMP say they seized marijuana, prescription pain killers and packaging supplies, as well as cash and electronics, from a residence in Peters Road, about 50 kilometres southeast of Charlottetown.

RCMP say the man is being charged with drug trafficking.
