ST. JOHN'S, N.L. - A fourth person has been arrested in connection with a death during an alleged robbery attempt in July 2011.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary say a 24-year-old woman will appear in court Wednesday to face charges of being an accessory after the fact in the alleged murder of Nicolas Winsor at his St. John's home.

Police did not provide the woman's name.

Investigators say that on July 9, 2011, officers responded to a disturbance involving several men at a Portugal Cove Road property.

Police say the 20-year-old Winsor died at the scene after suffering gunshot injuries.

Philip Pynn and Lyndon Butler are facing charges of second-degree murder in his death, and Jon Rowe is also accused of being an accessory after the fact.
