Nasty Nate ,You must the most one sided thinker on the planet .These workers deserve to be treated by their employers with respect. The workers only want a fair deal ,if millions are being lost because of these 200 workers then why is the company trying to run with replacement workers which they have to pay more for with little production and no profits to show for their efforts.Any economist would tell you that this is utter stupidity on behalf of the company.Should they just lock out all their employees unionized or not when things don't go their way.You must be a pro Vale supporter if you believe that the people of NL and LB are not worth a decent contract...Hang in the Voiseys Bay ,we in Sudbury are behind you 100%...

More then enough time has transpired. Final offer time people. Either take it or permit the owners to run a non-union shop and move on. I am more then sure a large majority of the workers will come to the door hat in hand to keep their jobs.

The only limits government should place on employers and employees is that they either come up with a plan or restructure after six months. This is costing the province millions and millions of dollars.
