The Town of Bauline will enhance its recreational infrastructure with the help of $15,000 from the Community Capital Grant Program.
Bauline is among more than 30 communities throughout the province which will receive funding to purchase equipment and upgrade their recreation and sport infrastructure through the most recent allocation of $450,900 through the Community Capital Grant Program.
"This funding will help with the installation of windows, siding and shingles at the Bauline Recreation Centre." said Tourism Minister Terry French. "With this investment, residents of the Town of Bauline and surrounding areas will have a more comfortable environment in which to organize their sport and recreation programs."
The Community Capital Recreation Grant Program is an application-based program that provides funding of up to $15,000 to municipalities and recreation commissions to improve their recreation and sports infrastructure.
