PARSONS/COX– Proud first-time parents Richard and Alicia are overjoyed to announce the birth of their beautiful baby boy RILEY NORMAN DONALD PARSONS. Riley was born on December 28th, 2010 at 3:12 am., weighing 8 lbs. 5 ozs. Delighted first time grandparents are Sheila Turpin (Donald Coates) and Norman Cox along with second time grandparents Richard and Theresa Parsons. Also sharing the joy are Riley's great-grandfather Augustus Turpin and great-grandmother Helen Parsons, his aunts Denise, Charlene and Bobbi Jo, and cousin Evan, along with a large circle of family, extended family and friends. A very heartfelt thank you to Dr. Colleen Cook and Dr. Johanne Lacelle for their exceptional pre-natal care, to Dr. Erica Fowler and case room nurses Beverly and Megan for a safe delivery along with the rest of the case room team and to all the amazing staff of 5 North B at the HSC. TILLEY– Mark and Megan (Tonn) are delighted to announce the birth of their twins. Andrew Robert Franklyn, weighing 4 lbs. 8 ozs. and Ava Joanne, weighing 5 lbs. 3 ozs. were born December 23rd, 2010 at the IWK Hospital in Halifax. Proud grandparents are Bob and Val Tilley of Mount Pearl and Karl and Joanne Tonn of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Also welcoming Andrew and Ava are great-grandmother Helen Tilley, Uncle Chris, Aunts Alison & Jennifer, and Cousins Ben and Sam.
