Registration is now open for the Ornamental Fruit Workshops offered at MUN Botanical Garden on October 9, from 7-9 p.m. Instructor Todd Boland will discuss the various trees and shrubs, both native and exotic, which can be cultivated in the garden for their ornamental fall and winter value. A free bereavement session

Easter Seals

 Easter Seals NL is currently recruiting volunteers to assist with the delivery of their various programs for children and youth with disabilities. Dedicated volunteers are needed to assist with sledge hockey, art therapy, wheelchair basketball, swimming and disability awareness presentations. Other opportunities also exist. A volunteer orientation session will take place on Tuesday, October 9 at 7 p.m. at Easter Seals House, 206 Mt. Scio Road.
