MADD Avalon Chapter will launch its annual Project Red Ribbon Campaign at 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. The event will take place at the East Block Lobby of Confederation Building. MADD representaitves will be joined by government officials, emergency service personnel and other special guests in launching this important public awareness campaign. The ceremony will include a tribute to victims and official ribbon cutting. Members of the public are welcome to attend. For more information contact 834-7663 or maddavalon@nl.rogers.com.
