 On Thursday, February 14 people in the St. John’s area will join with activists around the world for One Billion Rising, the largest day of action in the history of V-Day, the global activist movement to end violence against women and girls. One Billion Rising - St. John’s, goes ahead at the Knights of Columbus Hall, St. Clare Ave, from 4-10 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 14.  Everyone is welcome, admission is free, the building is wheelchair accessible.
