All Saints Parish Ways and Means Committee are holding a skit night on March 2 starting at 7:30 p.m. These skits will be performed by the Topsail S.U.F. Players and Friends, music intervals between skits will be performed by Saints Alive Band. Tickets are $8 single and can be purchased at the door.

To help residents make healthier choices, from shopping and eating smart, to family meal plans and coping with busy lifestyles, registered Dietitians will be at Dominion locations in St. John’s (55 Stavanger Drive) and Mount Pearl (Pearlgate Plaza, 150 Old Placentia Road) on Saturday, March 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dietitians are available for interviews to share tips, valuable tools and guidance that will help Canadian families reach their nutrition goals.

The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 32, Water Street, Bay Roberts is holding a fundraiser dance in aid of Cat Concerns on Saturday, March 2 starting at 9 p.m . Proceeds are going towards a cat shelter for the Conception Bay North Area. Music by Bob Hiscock. Admission by voluntary monetary donation. Door prizes and ticket draws.
