A survey by MQO Research and The Telegram asked 400 St. John’s residents dozens of questions in broad areas, including quality of life, health care, crime, the economy and municipal services. MQO Research also surveyed residents of Halifax and Moncton and asked them the same questions. Those results are compared below. The margin of error is plus or minus 5.0%, 19 times out of 20.
