Denine to attend local government ministers meeting

Municipal Affairs Minister Dave Denine is scheduled to attend the provincial-territorial meeting of the Ministers Responsible for Local Government in Halifax, July 9-11.
Meetings include sessions on five priorities identified at the 2007 meeting: repositioning the municipal dialogue; federal-provincial-municipal infrastructure funding agreements; duty to consult with First Nations; strengthening rural municipal vitality; and climate change.
