Marine Atlantic is warning passengers of possible delays in ferry service this weekend.

The company is bracing for Tropical Storm Danny, which is expected to wane by the time it reaches Atlantic Canada, but could still cause high winds and rainfall.

According to the Weather Office, Danny could bring about 50 mm of rainfall to southwestern Newfoundland on Sunday.

Marine Atlantic is urging customers to keep an eye on the company's website for updates in the schedule.
