St. Johns call centre gets top marks

The Call Centre Inc. in St. John's has been awarded by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) for its "outstanding achievement."
The company won the Call Centre Award of Distinction after employees were tested on a number of skills, including courtesy, call techniques and customer relationship management.
The award was presented at CAM-X's 45th annual convention in Kelowna, B.C.
