Wind warning remains in effect for tonight

It's going to be a windy night again in the St. John's area.
The Environment Canada forecast issued at 4 p.m. has a wind warning in effect for the capital city region.
It says winds coming from the west will be at 60 kilometres per hour, gusting to 80.
Along exposed areas of the coast, the gales could reach 100 kilometres an hour.
Besides the heavy winds, the forecast says tonight will be cloudy with a 40 per cent chances of flurries and a low temperature of minus one.
The outlook for Thursday is sunny with cloudy periods, with westerly winds at 50 kilometres per hour, gusting to 80.
Thursday's high will be plus-three.
The outlook for Friday is cloudy with 60 per cent chance of rain showers or flurries.
