Weather update: Snow squall warning in effect

Environment Canada issued a snow squall warning for the St. John's area in its 4 p.m. forecast.
It says tonight will see flurries or snow squalls and blowing snow over exposed areas.
The accumulation will be two to four centimetres, except 10 cm where there are snow squalls.
The wind will southwest 50 kilometres per hour, gusting to 80.
Temperature steady near minus 2.
Saturday will be cloudy with sunny period and a 60 per cent chance of flurries and the temperature holding steady at minus two. West winds will gust to 60, except 80 along the coast.
Sunday's forecast is cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of flurries. The day will be windy with a temperature around minus four.
