Weather update: Wet this afternoon, tonight

Five millimetres of rain this afternoon will be followed by 20 more tonight, Environment Canada says.
The temperature this afternoon will remain steady near two.
Winds will be from the southeast at 40 kilometres per hour, gusting to 60 (80 along exposed areas of the coast).
Tonight's rainfall will be accompanied by fog patches, with winds remaining the same as this afternoon's.
The temperature will hold at two above freezing.
The rain is predicted to end Thursday morning, followed by a 40 per cent chance of flurries.
The temperature will fall to one below zero in the afternoon.
Flurries are in the forecast for Friday.
