A 24-year-old man may not have the kind of Christmas he intended.
He was arrested and charged with refusing the breathalyzer, resisting arrest and obstruction of a police officer in the course of duty after the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary conducted a roadside check on King's Bidge Road 1:50 this morning.
There were also two 24-hour suspensions given during this roadside check.
