RCMP seize shipment of alcohol headed for dry community of Natuashish

RCMP seized 85 bottles of alcohol Wednesday at the Happy Valley-Goose Bay airport that an investigation determined was destined for the dry community of Natuashish in Labrador.
RCMP said they received information Wednesday evening that a shipment of alcohol was on its way to Natuashish and conducted a search of a commercial chartered airplane under the authority of the Liquor Control Act.
The investigation is continuing.
