The Canadian Red Cross says its volunteers are assisting the family with emergency replacement of clothing, food and personal care items.
The family members are temporarily staying with a relative in the community.
There were no injuries in the fire, which was reported shortly after 9 p.m. on Quays Road in Bay Bulls.
The cause is under investigation.
