Update: Missing person Chantel Duke located

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary advises that missing person Chantel Duke has been located and is fine.
The RNC earlier today issued a release seeking the assistance of the public in locating Chantel, 15, who had been missing from her St. John's residence.
