Rain, freezing rain expected tonight and Thursday

Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for the St. John's area, and the entire Avalon Peninsula.
Total rainfall expected of between 30 and 40 millimetres tonight and Thursday.
In addition, there's a freezing rain warning issued for Gander and vicinity, Bonavista North, Bay of Exploits, and Grand Falls-Windsor and vicinity. An extended period of freezing rain is expected on Thursday.
