    Gotta stress that new sewage treatment plant to the max. Where will the water be coming from for these new homes?

    I am all for development, but lets upgrade the infrastructure just a little prior to adding further stress to an already over-taxed system.

    Same old postage stamp size lots with not a tree in site... and all the houses look the same and are neutral (colourless) too... gross.

    I agree, that's 1500 homes announced for this area over the last few years.
