Last week for H1N1 clinic in St. Johns

Eastern Health advises the public that next week will be the last opportunity to receive the H1N1 vaccine at the mass immunization clinic located at Suite 203 Outpatient Services, 35 Major's Path in St. John's.
The clinic will be open on a walk-in basis Monday, Feb. 8 to Friday, Feb. 12, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
As of Monday, Feb. 15, the H1N1 vaccine will be available only by booking an appointment at any local community health office in the Eastern region between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Second dose vaccination for children in the St. John's area ages six months up to the day before their third birthday, and children ages three up to the day before their 10th birthday who have a chronic illness, will be offered through the mass immunization clinic at 35 Major's Path until Friday, Feb. 12, or by calling your local community health office.
The H1N1 vaccination information line provides recorded messages about appointment booking information, including vaccination clinic locations and telephone numbers. The vaccination information line number is 752-4358 or 1-877-752-4358.
